·       ½ or 1 teaspoon of baking soda should be mixed well with a glass of fresh water. Taking this mixture will be useful for neutralizing the stomach acid.
·       The burning sensation can be soothed by drinking ½ cup of Aloe Vera juice before meals.
·       Chewing gum will be useful for increasing the saliva which can neutralize the stomach acid.
·     Acid reflux can be prevented by taking more acid such as one tablespoon of raw apple cider vinegar which is unfiltered mixed with 6-8 ounces of fresh water.
·      Some other options can be taken including banana, apple, gingerroot tea, mustard, almond, and chamomile tea.
